Continuous Plastering Machine for Wall

We introduced the German technique to make our JP40-W continuous plastering machine for wall. This machine has many improved features as follows.
1. It has a very small size, and can be moved flexibly in the narrow space, so the operation could be fairly easy.
2. The plastering speed, pressure and quantity are controllable and adjustable.
3. The configuration of the machine is completed and advanced, including the continuous mixer, double-axis structure, built-in pump, water supply gauge, quantity limitation raw material feeding system, etc., thus the machine is multifunctional, and can accomplish the mixing, conveying, bonding and plastering all by itself.
4. The various dry-mixed mortars with different physical and chemical properties are acceptable to this device.
5. Our continuous plastering machine can be fed with the bag-packed dry-mixed mortar, or directly linked to the silo of dry ready-mixed mortar.
6. The configuration of pressure protection mechanism can realize the remote control of machine.
7. The modular design allows the machine to be assembled or disassembled easily.
