High Floor Cement Mortar Pump
The SBS high floor cement mortar pump is a small an light slurry mixing and conveying device that is extensively used to convey and plastering the wet mixed mortar in the construction works of high building, floor heating system, tunnel, mine, etc. The machine is not expensive, and has the low operating cost.
1. The S type distribution valve can meet the need of pumping the concrete with big aggregate particles. It is applicable to convey the fine concrete grout with the diameter of aggregate particle no more than 25mm.
2. The hydraulic mixing device can stir the pre-mixed concrete well to achieve a better pumping result.
3. The glass plate and cut loop are made of the anti-wearing horniness alloy, so they have quite long service life.
4. The hydraulic system of the pump is electro-hydraulic controlled via the three respective circuits, so do not worry about the safety of the device.
5. The electric system provides the complete control functions, including the function of pumping backwards that can dredge the blocked tube in emergency.
