The concrete vacuum dewatering pump can draw out the free water from the concrete grout, so as to lower the water cement ratio. It can enhance the construction speed, density and early-age strength of concrete. After the free water being removed, about a quarter of cement could be saved, and the concrete could get 20% to 60% enhanced strength, 2 to 2.5 times improved freezing resistance, 1 to 2 times improved wear resistance, and 20 to 25% enhanced grip between concrete and steel. This key parts of the device, such like the copper side plate and copper impeller, have pretty high quality.
