For Customers
1. Overnight Shipping directly to our EMP MEDICAL service center
2. Next-morning delivery to reduce your downtime if a problem arises
3. Backup machine loan when the machine is out of warranty
4. Affordable costs for maintenance

For Partners
1. Spare Parts Stocks. We will provide spare parts for our partners as stocks before the problem arises to save the replacement time.
2. Warranty Upgrade Coverage. We have a flexible policy for warranty term to satisfy the demand of partners who has strong network specialized on the maintenance work.
3. The backup demo units will be provided for our partners to help them reduce the downtime of our customers.
4. You do not need to spend huge time for repairing any spare parts by yourselves. Just change it and send them back to us, we will take care of them
