Structure
Our dry mixed mortar mixing station consists of biaxial weightless mixer or uniaxial plough mixer, coal furnace or light/heavy oil burners, three-cylinder dryer, raw sand screen and lifting system, sand in-stage storage system, sand measuring and lifting system, measuring system, gas control system, dust removal system, etc.

Characteristics
1. Our product has 3 control methods, which are automatic, semi-automatic and manual mode.
2. The equipment has all-round fault alarm function. Hence, when there is maloperation by the user, the equipment system will offer corresponding prompts and warns, and also refuse to carry out the maloperations.
3. Automatic powder broken and batch vibration ensure the batch speed, while the batch ratio, measuring error and gross weight alarm function could effectively control defective products.
4. Automatic recording system will record any change in operating parameters to ensure the stability and traceability of the system. Measuring accuracy can also be guaranteed by smart compensation function, fine measuring and variable frequency control function. Automatic pulse powder broken function further ensures that the powder is batched evenly.
5. In addition, network production is supported to help multiple mixed stages to produce the same product, as well as real-time monitoring for management department. The network resource is shared, while the statistical reports can be fetched in time. Therefore, the management efficiency can be greatly improved.

Note: The annual production is estimated in accordance with 2 classes per day, 8 hours for each class and 300 days per year. The mix cylinder loading coefficient ranges from 0.5 to 0.6, while dry mix mortar proportion is 1.5t/m3.
