Structure
Our SA80 and SA150 sand screening machine consists of hopper, feeding belt conveyor, sand screening main equipment, coarse aggregate discharge belt conveyor, fine aggregate discharge belt conveyor, etc.
 
Features
1. The SA80 sand screening machine comes with a steel mesh-wrapped rotary drum structure.  It occupies a small size, and can be directly placed on the ground floor without any base. The screen replacement is convenient.
2. Our SA150 sand screening machine adopts a steel square hole screen mesh with round steel skeleton beneath, which is fixed firmly by flat steel and is also removable. In addition, it could provide a high amplitude vibration, thus the coarse aggregate and fine aggregate can be separated easily even the sand layer is too thick.

Model Selection

You can choose SA80 when the hourly production rate is 30-40 tons and SA150 for 120 tons.

Applications
Our product can be used to remove impurities from sand to improve the affinity of aggregate and cement, which further enhances the overall strength of concrete. Our machine is widely used in all types of construction projects such as roads, railways, bridges, water conservancy, etc.
