Structure
Our LSJ168, LSJ219, LSJ273 and LSJ325 spiral concrete conveying machine consists of driving device, spiral pipe, spiral shaft and blades, feed and discharge port, middle support, oil filling pipeline and other components.

Characteristics
1. Our product features a high speed and variable pitch blade design, thus it could feed smoothly, quickly and evenly during operation.
2. The shell of conveyor adopts high-quality seamless steel pipe, which is connected by flange to provide a good overall rigidity. The continuous blades are one-step formed from extra-thick 16Mn sheet. The seal is reliable and free from leakage. In addition, the universal joint connection is used in the feed inlet of our product to offer a higher range of adjustment angle, good sealing and long service time.

Model Selection
The numbers in the model refers to the spiral tube outside diameter of the machine. Clients can choose an appropriate model according to the model of matching concrete mixing plant, and the maximum capacity of the weighing hopper.

Technical Specification

This table is measured when our spiral concrete conveying machine is transporting cement materials at an elevation angle of smaller than 35º.
