G-Series High Speed Paperboard Printing Slotting and Die Cutting Machine

3. The printing unit comes with ink level monitoring system. When there is printing ink shortage, the system will force the paperboard printing slotting and die cutting machine to stop feeding paper.
4. Designed with a foot pedal to control the rotation direction of the printing cylinder, the unit assures convenient printing plate mounting and dismounting. Also, it is designed with a printing plate hanging apparatus with whole- or half-plate hanging groove.
5. With an electro-magnetic braking system, the paperboard printing machine can achieve fast, convenient, wrench-less adjustment of the gap between the anilox roller and rubber roller, the gap between the paperboard and the creasing wheel, as well as the gap between paper guide rollers.
6. The printing position can be fixed through a pneumatic braking system. When the printing unit is separated from other units, the braking system will force the motor to stop running, thus keeping the gear at the fixed positions.
7. The paperboard printing machine is optional with printing cylinder position resetting and memory functions.
8. The printing rubber roller is a finely polished stainless steel pipe covered by wearing resistant rubber, and offers good ink transferring performance.
9. The anilox roller made of embossed steel pipe is hard chrome plated to assure high hardness and wearing resistance. Ceramic anilox roller is also optional.
10. The printing plate can be pneumatically elevated. When the main machine stops working, the anilox roller will be automatically separated from the rubber roller, and can also automatically start ink distribution to avoid drying up.

Paperboard Slotting Unit
1. The carton box dimensions and cutter head’s rotation angle are computer controlled. The man machine interface ensures convenient and effortless operation, which also improves working efficiency. The unit is able to store the production information for 999 orders.
2. The slotting unit comes with dual-shaft structure and a large diameter creasing wheel.
3. The slotting cutter rest, creasing wheel, and trimming knife transversal movement system are all designed with precision ball screws, so as to the make sure accurate performance and long cutting knife service life.
4. The elastic corner cutting knife can be used to cut off three or five ply paperboards without any adjustment.
5. The slotting knife is made of high quality allow steel and undergoes heat treatment and grinding, which assures good hardness and tensile strength as well as long lifespan.
6. According to clients’ demands, the slotting unit can be optionally equipped with pouncing machine to create hand holes.

Die Cutting Unit
1. The cutter head’s rotation angle, as well as the transverse movement of the die cutting knife can be computer controlled via a touch screen, or electrically controlled. The value can be digitally displayed to assure operation convenience.
2. Designed with a rubber cushion surface-leveling device, the rubber cushion can be used repeatedly so as to save cost. Meanwhile, during die cutting process, the rubber cushion can move transversely in a range of 35mm, thus avoiding cutting on the same position to extend the service life.

Paperboard Stacking Unit
1. The maximum paperboard stacking height could be 1,600mm.
2. The lowering and lifting of loading platform is chain driven, and meanwhile, the elevating motor comes with braking system so as to keep the platform in a fixed position without declining. 
3. Along with the increase of stacked cardboard, the loading platform will accordingly lowered to ensure easy loading of the boards. When the paperboard stack reached to the desired height, a pneumatic paperboard unloading system will automatically start working and unload the stacked boards from the loading platform.
4. The paperboard stacking machine is designed with safety protection devices to avoid accident declining of the loading platform, thus ensuring operators’ safety.
5. The conveying belt with wrinkled surface is especially suitable for inclined conveyance by avoiding cardboard slipping down.
6. The stacker width is available in 2200mm, 2800mm, or 3200mm.
