The box stitching machine can stitch maximally 500 pins every minute, with stitching pitch from 30mm to 120mm. The carton delivering unit comes with an automatic counting function to ensure convenient operation, and can deliver cartons in piles to be bundled.

The carton stitcher supports single-pin stitching, double-pin stitching, and strengthened-pin stitching. In graphic explaining, it supports following types of stitching methods: “////”  “// // //”  “// / / / //”. Typically, the first stitch should be positioned 25mm away from the box corner.

The box stitching machine supports single-piece cartons, two-piece ones, and irregular shaped ones as well, whether they are three or five ply large cartons, or boxes with the bottom but without the top cover. Designed with a touch screen, it comes with fault display and paperboard size display functions. It can also achieve one-minute switching to start stitching for a different batch of box via the touch screen.

Supported stitching wire: 1.8mm width×0.7mm thick; 2.4mm width×0.6mm thick
