The TMJ vacuum servo carton flute laminator is additionally designed with an automatic linerboard elevating system. The system allows the linerboard to be stacked orderly, and uses a photoelectric sensor for elevating control. This largely improves working efficiency.

Also, the machine uses electrical devices acquired from Taiwan, and is equipped with PLC controller, servo motor, and dual variable-frequency motors. Unlike conventional machines, this carton flute laminator eliminated the design of brake, clutch, and many other designs. It is able to achieve independent working via only the PLC controller.
