Semi-Automatic Carton Folder Gluer Machine

1200mm×1200mm and minimum size of 400mm×400mm. Its operation speed is 50 to 70 sheets every minute, or 40 meters every minute. The maximum gluing span could be 240mm, which means it may be able to finish the gluing of end carton’s width and height at a time. 

To assure efficiency, the semi-automatic carton folder gluer machine can switch production specifications in one minute for processing another batch of products. Also, it is easy for operation, and boasts no high requirement on the professionalism on operators. It only need two operators, and can supply folded and glued materials for producing 2,000 to 2,500 cartons every hour.

1. As compared with conventional machines, this one supports maximum unfolded paperboard size of 2800mm rather than the 2460mm of traditional types.
