M-Series Die Cutting Machine

1. The die cutting machine’s cutter head rotation angle can be computer or electrically controlled in a 360 degrees range, and the value can be digitally displayed.
2. The cutter knife can be transversely adjusted in range of 5mm, and the movement is also computer or electrically controlled.
3. During operation, the TPU rubber cushion can automatically move transversely in 35mm range to avoid abrasion at the same positions, which assures uniform surface abrasion, and long service life. The rubber cushion repairing system allows the cushion to be utilized repeatedly, and this also ensures neat die cutting and low damage to the cutting knife.
4. The vacuum suction type, back-kick paper feeding system with multiple groups of antifriction bearing assures smooth equipment running. The positions of left and right side as well as the rear end baffles are either computer controlled or electrically controlled, and meanwhile, the side baffles has pneumatic flapping function to make sure the paperboards are delivered in well-ordered manner.
5.. Paper feeding in continuous or every other one method is available.  Also, the equipment adopts an IR photoelectric counter to ensure precise counting.
6. The die cutting machine is controlled by an imported control system, and comes with Siemens low voltage electrical elements and variable frequency controlled main motor to assure 30% reduced power consumption.
