Our reliable and economical DWT hi-end piston air compressor adopts pistons driven by a crankshaft. It features excellent wearing resistance, easy installation and 24-hour continuous operation. Apart from a cast iron compressor pump, a totally enclosed belt guard and industrial grade motors, it adopts valve material imported from Japan and Sweden as well as durable and non-oil piston ring imported from Taiwan Riken. Plus being CE certified and manufactured in compliance with ISO quality management system standard, our product comes with super high quality. It comes with a powerful head design, low speed, stroke length, and a longer lifespan as compared to its counterparts.

In addition, our cost-effective hi-end piston air compressor is easy in maintenance, simple in structure and mature in appearance through adopting the most popular design. The oil separator structure design of the front cover requires low fuel consumption, thus keeping the body clean in the long run. Depending on the gas situation, it will automatically switch between electric control and pneumatic control. Both single-stage and two-stage reciprocating compressors are commercially available. All models are factory tested before shipment. Finally, the air compressor is supplied with one year full machine warranty.

Applications
Our hi-end piston air compressor is applied to oil refineries, chemical plants, natural gas processing plants and refrigeration plants. It is especially applicable for the blowing of plastic bottles which are made of Polyethylene Terephthalate or PET.
