1. Check frequently if the bearing temperature is in the acceptable range, and the bearing temperature should be lower than 70°C while the temperature rise should be below 40°C.
2. Detect the working current of this mist blower regularly, and normally, the working current is smaller than rated current.
3. Make sure that the belt gearing is safe and reliable, and bearing lubricant is good and enough.
4. Collision should be avoided for the rotating parts, and please tighten the bolt of every retaining element.
5. After the mist blower has worked for about one consecutive month, you should add calcium-sodium-based grease or molybdenum disulphide grease to the bearing with the help of a grease gun. If the machine has continuously worked for 3-6 months, detections for rolling bearing should be carried out, and the items include the tightness level between the rolling element and inner and outer rings, the tightness degree between the inner ring and shaft. Meanwhile, at this time, you should also change the lubricating grease, and the new grease should take up 2/3 space of the bearing.

The maintenance should be carried out regularly, and you’d better clean the dust and dirt inside the machine. If any abnormal phenomena regarding temperature, vibration and noise, etc. take place during the start, stop or running process, you must check and repair the machine immediately.
