XLD-L1017B street light, XLD-T73 outdoor light, XLD-T94 garden light, etc. The bottom of the product is so thick that it can contain kinds of electric equipments, and sensing and controlling devices. The product is welded by submerged-arc welding, which provides reliable effect of welding. As a result, surface of the product is smooth and no obvious air hole can be seen. Flaws such as overlap, undercut can be overcome. Ultrasonic flaw detection is applied to examine the product. During installation of the base plate, we promise that bottom flange is perpendicular to the center line of steel pole. Rib plate, perpendicular to bottom flange, is parallel with the generatrix of the steel pole at the same time.
