Fiber Laser Metal Cutting Machine
Driven by dual servo motor, the fiber laser metal cutting machine can perform more excellently in stability, working speed and acceleration. It can achieve fully digital CNC servo motor communication. Meanwhile, the operating software is AlfaControl which is developed by Italian Penta Company. The pallet changer is configured with new hydraulic lift system. The product can run normally with or without the pallet changer. Furthermore, the new type external design can allow the operator to enter into the working area of the equipment from three different directions. The product with the model of 6020 is equipped with optical path length compensation system and pallet changer. In addition, its 6m long Y axis can be positioned only with one time.

The fiber laser metal cutting machine uses the fiber laser generator as laser source. The fiber laser generator can direct high quality laser beam with the focused spot of small size. So, the metal cutting can be conducted with high accuracy and the other part of the metal material won’t be affected by the heat of the laser. Meanwhile, the product can be operated and maintained easily. It is designed with no need for adjusting optical path and without the gas for generating laser beam. As a result of that the laser generated by the product cannot be absorbed by the nonmetal easily, the product is often used for cutting metal materials.
This series of fiber laser metal cutting machines is produced with three kinds different in overall dimension and the size of working area. The X and Y axes can achieve positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of 0.03mm/m and 0.01mm respectively. Compared to the CO2 type equipment with same scale, this type of product has higher working efficiency manifested in higher working speed and shorter start up time. The maximum positioning speed of the product can be up to 120m/min. Owing to the high photoelectric conversion efficiency, the product has lower power consumption with the power of 4kW or 8kW.
