The HYPE-CUT metal laser cutting machine is designed with the flying optics structure and the concept of integration. The laser adopts advanced dual system which is resistant to thermal effect. With the pulse module controlled by the CNC directly, the power consumption and the maintenance cost are very low. Meanwhile, the product is furnished with the latest Z32 real-time control system with dynamic and geometric protection. Fully digital servo driver connected with optic fiber is available to achieve the function of remote assistance.

Our metal laser cutting machine can achieve high cutting quality. The entire machining area is designed with wide field of vision to facilitate testing and operation. The cutting material can be collected easily from the working area. The adopted gas circuit control system can change three kinds of auxiliary gasses automatically. The high pressure gas circuit design enhances the cutting ability, which allows the product to easily cut the materials difficult to process such as stainless steel. The new-type high pressure cutting head with the function of anti-collision protection is adopted by the product. Furthermore, the advanced 5 inches and 7.5 inches focusing mirrors quick-change system is available for meeting the needs of high-quality thin and thick plates cutting. The product can often cut the carbon steel plate and the stainless steel plate with the thickness of 0.5 to 22mm and 0.5 to 12mm respectively under the condition of appropriate power. Meanwhile, it can also cut several kinds of non-metal materials such as PVC, PMMA, ABS, wood and others. 

Designed with the strokes of X, Y and Z axes of 3040mm, 1525mm and 150mm, our metal laser cutting machine can cut the material with large size. By using CNC system and focused laser beam, the product can get high cutting accuracy that the manual cutting cannot achieve. The positioning accuracy of X and Y axes is 0.05/m and the repeated positioning accuracy is 0.01/m. Meanwhile, the working speed of the product is very fast. The maximum positioning speed can be 85m/min. Thus, the equipment is especially fit for implementing large scale cutting task. Furthermore, by using the equipment, the cutting surface is smooth and its roughness is less than 12.5µm. Then, operators can get the ideal cutting surface and the material waste during the cutting process is very few.
