1. The CNC laser metal cutting machine is equipped with double-acting servo motor which allows for higher stability, higher working speed and faster acceleration of the product.
2. It can be configured with laser generator with the power of 6000W to meet the needs of processing large quantity of thick plates.
3. The equipment adopts the AlfaControl operating software which is researched and developed by Italian Penta Company.
4. Due to the brand new external design, the product has three different entrances for operators entering into the working area.
5. The fully digital CNC servo motor communication can be available.
6. No matter whether it is outfitted with or without the pallet changer, the product can still run normally. The pallet changer is furnished with whole new hydraulic lift system.
7. The 6020 type of equipment has the function of optical path length compensation. It is also equipped with pallet changer. Meanwhile, the positioning for Y axis with the length of 6m can be implemented only with one time.

The CNC laser metal cutting machine has PLUS3015 type, PLUS4020 type and PLUS6020 type. The difference of the three products mainly lies in the sizes of their working areas. The smallest PLUS3105 product is designed with the strokes of X and Y axes of 3000mm and 1500mm respectively. The working area of the largest PLUS6020 product reaches up to 6000mm×2000mm. The strokes of Z axis of the three products are the same of 190mm.

The CNC laser metal cutting machine has two cutting modes of CW and PW. The cutting speed of CW type is very high. The cutting mode of PW has much more excellent cutting quality. The positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of X and Y axes are 0.03mm/m and 0.01mm separately. So, all these three products have high cutting accuracy. Meanwhile, the speed in the whole positioning process can reach up to 120m/min. Compared with manual cutting manner, cutting metal material with the product can have much higher cutting speed and process the material with much finer and nicer shape. Furthermore, the application of the product can prevent the material damage caused by manual mistakes effectively.
