Mechanical Properties

This grade P110 oil and gas tubing adopts steel grade material, possessing smooth surface as well as great resistance to both abrasion and pressure. Thus, it can be applicable to high pressure environment. After flattening test, tensile test and hydraulic test, this P110 tubing can provide higher tensile strength of more than 862MPa and yield strength of 758 to 965MPa in comparison with such tubing as J55, K55, N80 or L80(13Cr). Thus, our product can be characterized by much better sealing performance and mechanical strength, as well as extremely good resistance to temperature, weather and corrosion.
