Validity Period
Vial packaging: 36 months; ampoule packaging: 24 months.

Contraindications
The vaccine shall not be administered to subjects
1. with fever or severe acute or chronic diseases.
2. allergic to any components in the formulation, such as additives, formaldehyde and yeast.
3. with an allergic history to recombinant hepatitis B vaccine.

Adverse Reactions & Treatment
1. The common adverse reactions include pain and swelling in the injection area, and low fever. Usually they will remit spontaneously. Symptomatic treatment is performed when necessary.
2. The rare adverse reactions include anaphylactic shock, demyelination, allergic eruption, thrombocytopenic purpura, nervous system disease, acute glomerulonephritis and liver and kidney diseases. The incidence is 1/600000.

Precautions
1. Check the package, label, appearance and validity period before use.
2. Shake up the vaccine suspension well before injection.
3. Do not use the product if the vial has any crack or the suspension contains any unshakable caking.
4. Adrenalin shall be prepared in advance in case of severe anaphylactic reactions. The subject should be under medical observation for at least 30 after vaccination minutes before leaving.
5. Freezing is strictly forbidden.
6. Administration shall be conducted immediately after the opening of the vial.
