Based on 50years of experience of employing screen plate, we, using our exclusivetechnique, have produced cast V-shaped screen plate which is cast as a whole. The screening mesh is rectangular and V-shaped, of whichsection is ladder-shaped, thus making it easy for materials to pass through themesh.The screen plate is installed by imposing pressure from within or outside ormaking bolt lowering. 

Cast V-shaped screen plate is characterized bybeing heat proof, wear resistant and corrosion resistant. With high intensity,it also achieves strong resistance to impact. Some plates have a high temperature resistance and thetemperature can be up to 800℃. 

The size and shape of the screen mesh can be customized. Inaddition, the size and thickness of the screen plate can be custom-made. Theway of installation is also customizable.
