The content of water in the materials haslimit effect on the crushing which can be 8% at most. The final products showuniform cubic shape with low content of needle shape. The working noise of thecrushing equipment can be reduced below 75 db due to fine structure. In sum,the vertical hammer crusher is simple, easy to use and maintain, andenergy-saving.
