Structure
Our chain conveyors come in different models for transporting light, medium, and heavy materials.
Our medium and heavy models consist of :
1. Transmission device: motor, speed reducer, and coupling
2. Head wheel: head frame, driving shaft, chain wheel, transmission shaft and front frame
3. Chain
4. Chain plate
5. Tail wheel: chain wheel, rear rack, tension device
6. Support and side board
7. Intermediate frame
Product Application
This plate conveyor can deliver bulk materials with a particle size of up to 160mm. Used to continuously and uniformly feed minerals to devices for crushing or conveying, the quarrying equipment handles nonferrous metals, cement, fertilizer, chemicals, and paper in mining, construction, and other industries. For even and continuous feeding, bulk materials must have a density of no more than 12,400kg/m3, a block weight not exceeding 140kg, and temperature not higher than 140℃.
