Description
For efficient separation of precious metals and heavy mineral sands, our shaking table is an ideal piece of mineral processing equipment. The concentrating table is made of a sturdy base with steel grooves or channels, a wooden feed distributing box with a long water box and hopper for even distribution, and a deck built from 16mm zircon-reinforced fiberglass. The deck’s steel frame is easy to clean, while the fiberglass is water-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and will hold its shape and strength even in extreme weather.

Working principle
The shaking table separates minerals from other granular materials by flooding all materials and collecting what sinks. Different models process feed streams at varying rates and for materials of varying density for use in a number of applications.
