Gold Processing Plant

Our gold processing plant includes crushing, grinding, and beneficiation processes. Raw materials go through the feeder where the mineral processing machine takes extracted materials to the crusher, and then to the jaw or cone crusher for breaking into finer pieces. Material is then ground in a ball mill and beneficiation equipment and gravity separators remove any impurities or excess material from the gold ore.

We have two methods in our gold processing plant:
1. Hopper - Feeder - Primary Jaw Crusher - Belt Conveyor - Fine Jaw Crusher - Belt Conveyor - Hopper - Electric Feeder - Ball Mill - Spiral Classifier - Concentrator - Centrifugal Concentrator - Shaking Table for tailings.

2. Hopper - Feeder - Primary Jaw Crusher - Belt Conveyor - Fine Jaw Crusher - Belt Conveyor - Hopper - Electric Feeder - Ball Mill - Spiral Classifier - Spiral Chute - Mixer Tank - Tough Flotation Cells - Scan Flotation Cells - Cleaning Flotation Cells - Absorbing Tank
