Description
The PF series of impact crushers, using advanced international and domestic technologies, is designed to crush material with a size less than 500mm and a compression strength less than 320 MPa, material such as granite, limestone, and concrete. Features
1. An adjustable feed opening lets you tailor the mineral processing equipment to your production line. The concrete crusher conserves energy with its simplified crushing circuit.
2. High-chromium blow bar and unique impact plate and liner plate have a long service life, even while crushing hard rocks at a high output.
3. The leveling plate makes material finer and cubic-shaped without interior cracks. Size can be adjusted.
4. The hydraumatic is easy to maintain and replace worn-out parts.

Working Principle
Using impact energy to crush materials, the impact crusher's motor drives the rotor at high speed. When the materials collide with the hammer-like effect, they are continuously thrown around the chamber, breaking into smaller pieces that are then dispensed through an adjustable opening between the impact rack and rotor support to get the same, even size.
