Working Principle
The electromagnetic vibrating feeder uses an electromagnetic vibrating device to toss minerals in a parabolic arc in about 1/5 of a second. The electromagnetic feeder's chute vibrates at a frequency of 3000/minute, so minerals are continuously and uniformly moving forward.
Product Structure
Electromagnetic vibrating feeder is composed of (I) a feeding groove, (II) speed reducer, (III) electromagnetic vibrator, and (IV) control cabinet, as seen in the chart.
Product Application
The vibrating feeder is widely used in the mining, metallurgy, building materials, chemical, electric power, and food industries for automatic matching, quantitative packaging and automatic regulating processes. The mineral processing plant evenly moves coal lumps and granular and powdered materials from the storage silo or hopper to other equipment.
