Production Introduction
Our mobile crushing plant is a set of equipment that integrates several machines that are fixed on top of an engine driven frame that uses tires or crawler tracks. The mobile crusher plant is sometimes referred to as a trucked mobile crusher or a tire mobile crusher.
With production capacity between 150 and 420 ton, the mobile crushing plant is used for projects where the material that needs crushing is fixed in place, such as roads and sidewalks. Depending on the material being crushed, the machine can be equipped with different crushing equipment like a jaw crusher or impact crusher.
The mobility of the mobile crushing plant is its greatest strength as the whole set of equipment can be moved and operated simultaneously without having to dismantle and/or move the entire machine. This convenient machine saves significant time, money, and increases productivity.
Also called a mobile mining plant, portable stone crusher, or portable rock crusher, this mobile crushing plant is primarily designed for pulverizing rocks and stone materials. It is often used for crushing building aggregate and solid construction waste.
Features and Advantages of the Mobile Crushing Plant
1. Integration of the Entire Unit
The compact design of the movable crushing plant minimizes the amount of different pieces of equipment needed to complete the same crushing jobs.
2. Flexibility and Mobility
The mobile crushing plant is motor driven so it can move freely to reach crushing locations. It saves time for transportation purposes and requires less labor.
3. Reduce Material Transport Costs
Movable crusher stations can crush material directly on site, which eliminates the need for transporting material to an offsite location for crushing.
