The outdoor vacuum circuit breaker is a reliable three-pole electrical switch of our company. Working Occasions
Circuit breakers, including the cut-off switch and tie switch, have been wildly applied in the power grids of both urban and rural areas, protecting the opening or closing load current, overload current and short circuit current. Quality Assurance
The production of this 24kV outdoor circuit breaker requires an extremely strict Epoxy resin cast. To ensure good quality of our products, Minde has introduced the vacuum casting process and other process assurance measures. Moreover, we have been imposing strict X-ray inspection and other tests on every finished product in hope of ensuring a reliable and consistent quality of them. Additionally, this outdoor vacuum circuit breaker is equipped with a metal insert which is elaborately designed based on our thorough understanding on the properties of the Epoxy Resin and could help the device operate smoothly for long at the temperature from -25°C to 40°C.
MGK31T Reclosing Controller
1. The MGK31T reclosing controller is a monitoring unit applied in the medium-voltage overhead line of the electric power distribution network. It enjoys such brilliant and reliable functions as remote-control and automatic reclosing management as it is matched with the pole-mounted switch. This monitoring unit is located next to the switch and could be applied to a system of 35kV and below.
2. MGK31T reclosing controller is a comprehensive outdoors automatic metering and controlling device which integrates the functions of line protection, control, metering and signal monitoring. It could provide all the below functions needed for the long-distance operations of a single overhead line:
communication function with control centers;
local control of switches;
remote-control function (with hand-held remote controller);
wireless data transmission;
line fault detection;
UPS of each component;
line protection;
and auto-reclosing.
