Tube Magnet

Application
The TCXT series tube magnet is a permanent magnet iron separator and is primarily used in feed and grain processing factories to remove magnetic iron impurities including screws, bolts, buts, iron nails, spacers and scrap iron from granular and powdery materials.

Performance Features
Our tube magnet is designed to have a simple structure, and is able to work without consuming any power. As it is easy to install and operate, the magnetic tube is an efficient and reliable piece of iron removal equipment.

Structure and Working Principle
The tube magnet consists of the outer tube body and the magnet. The tube body is connected to the conveying pipeline through flange plates, and acts as part of the pipeline. The magnet is installed on the door of the tube, and can be moved to the center of the tube using a revolving shaft.

The stainless steel cover and the top hood separate the magnet from the processing materials. Materials pass through the space between the tube body and the cover, which is all in the magnetic field. As materials pass through, the magnetic impurities in the processing materials are magnetized and drawn to the cover’s surface.

Cleaning
To clean the tube magnet, simply open the door to the tube body and withdraw the magnet. Iron impurities on the magnet surface can then be manually cleaned. Our magnetic tube is ideal equipment for feed processing and food processing.
