1. Brief Introduction of the Hammerhead Tower Crane
The performance of the hoisting, slewing, and trolleying mechanisms directly affect the performance of the QTZ315 hammerhead tower crane. That's why we take great care in making sure each part is reliable, safe, and top quality thanks to our advanced technology.
Hoisting mechanism
The hoisting mechanism of this hammerhead tower crane is designed to lift 16-18 tons, using a frequency altering and regulated stepless speed motor. Starting and braking smoothly, it greatly improves the machine's stability and accuracy, simplifies the operation, and prolong the lifetime of the electric system and wire rope. A strong drum with a LEBUS groove keeps the wire rope neatly arranged for easy maintenance.
Slewing mechanism
We use the unique technology of frequency altering and regulated stepless speed for the slewing mechanism of the construction cranes, allowing them to start and stop smoothly.
Trolleying mechanism
Using frequency altering and regulated stepless speed, the speed of the trolley changes between 0-100m/min, efficiently reducing the running impact and improving operating stability.
