Ourself aligning pipe welding rotator can change pivot angles automatically according to workpiece diameter and is equipped with advanced frequency converter to achieve a wide adjusting range, big starting force and high adjusting precision. It can be used in combination with YZH welding manipulator to weld cylindrical products, and also can be used to test and assembly cylindrical products. By adjusting clamp-shaped frame gravity center with the help of workpiece gravity itself, self aligning pipe welding rotator can be used to weld workpiece of different diameters. A remote controller makes operation more convenient. High quality rolls ensure big driving force and full steel rolls are equipped to ensure higher capacity.
