H-beam Straightening Machine

H-beam straightening machine is specially designed to straighten H-beam steel web and flange, and has advantages such as simple structure, convenient operation, high efficiency and reliable performance. The main transmission system is equipped with 22kw high power motor and cycloidal pin wheel reducer, and is featured as high efficiency and high straightening speed. All straightening rolls are made of high quality 35CrMo and have been through advanced heat treatment to eliminate flaws. All machine parts are hardened to make sure that H-beam straightening equipment can work reliably for a long time. The remote controller makes operation convenient. In order to make sure that H-beam straightening machine can be used in a wider range of applications, a group of smaller-sized rolls are provided.
