The DPL fluid bed coater is a new style of coating equipment that combines fluid-bed spraying technology and coating technology. This granule coater is widely used to apply film slow and controlled release coating for capsules, pellets, granules, and powder.

Features of the DPL Fluidized Bed Coater
1. Raw material moves with the air flow and is coated uniformly and continuously.
2. The capsule machine can be used to coat products for taste and odor masking, waterproofing, anti-oxidization and anti-separating, heat insulation, and coloration.
3. Less loss of coating material, saving on production cost.
4. Specially designed coating chamber can coat powder, fine granules, large granules, or pellets.
5. Good dispersion of product-it won't stick to the powder coater.
