The QXL model of turbojet fluid bed granulator has a vane-shaped structure in the bottom hopper, which is set at an incline so that when air passes through, air flows in a swirl. The raw material then moves in a swirl because of the air flow. Meanwhile, a binder sprayed into the hopper through a nozzle helps the powdered raw material to gradually shape into round granules.

The granulation machine is widely used to coat powder, granules, pellets, enteric-releasing capsules, slow and control releasing pills as well as to coat products for taste and odor masking, waterproofing, anti-oxidization and anti-separating, heat insulation, and coloration.

Features of the QXL Fluid Bed Granulator
1. Raw material moves in a swirl with the air flow.
2. A swirl flow means no dead corners like there are in a channel flow.
3. The pharmaceutical machinery makes porous granules with good strength and solubility.
4. The fluid bed granulation equipment can also be used for raw material that easily absorbs moisture or has poor fluidity.
