Flash Dryer

In our MQG flash dryer, raw material is fed uniformly into the dryer by a screw feeder and then blown into the drying chamber by hot air. The product continuously dispenses dried material, which only takes seconds.

One optional design for this hot air dryer includes a disintegrator, especially beneficial for filtering cakes of raw material. Agglomerated raw material is disintegrated when it's fed into the flash drying equipment, dried, and then transported out by hot air.

Large agglomerated material will drop into a disintegrator where it will separate into smaller pieces and continue to repeat the drying process until it is thoroughly dried.

A second optional design for the multifunctional dryer includes a pulse drying pipe that lengthens the drying time for more retention.
