GZL Dry Granulator (for Chemical and Agriculture Industry)
The GZL dry granulator for the chemical and agriculture industries uses a special type of star gear decelerator, sieve and grind impeller which push the material between the impeller and sieve to create a column of the product. A scraper outside the sieve shapes the product into pellets with uniform size and length. The pellet size and length are decided by the size of the farm chemical granulator's sieve and scrape impeller.
This chemical fertilizer granulator is mainly used for pressing and granulating raw material which has less than 10% moisture content. Powdered raw material will be pressed into flakes, then crushed and sifted into granules for the final product.
The multifunctional granulation equipment is specially designed to process raw material into granules of fertilizer, pesticides and other chemicals.
