Triple Pass Rotary Drum Dryer / Rotary Kiln

The circulating triple pass rotary drum dryer is a modified kiln dryer incorporating European technology. There are three layers of drying chambers. Raw material is fed into the inner chamber and is dispersed via a rising board. Hot air and the rotary drum carry the raw material into a middle chamber and then to an outer chamber, drying the material thoroughly.

The circulation dryer improves drying efficiency by lengthening the heat transfer time, and it saves more space than conventional rotary drying kilns.
