Spray Cooler

Principle
The melted solid is fed into the prilling tower by a high pressure pump, forming a mist that is sprayed into cooling air where the material becomes a solid granule. The end product from the pelletizer has very good uniformity, fluidity and purity.

The spray cooler's feeding system is well-insulated to keep solidification from occurring too soon. The air chiller is an optional feature depending on the specific raw material being processed and the work environment.
