Sand Casting

Mayang manufactures precision steel castings from plain carbon steel and low alloy steel by sodium silicate-bonded sand casting process. As a large-scale castings production base, we can produce over 700 tons of precision castings and all kinds of cast parts per year. Our products are mainly exported to European and American countries, Japan and other countries.

This sand casting process is what we use the most to produce castings. Castings that we make using this process include jaw plate, crusher blow bar, crusher liner, crusher wedges, shredder hammer, cover for hammer, rotor caps and end disc caps, grates, grate plate, reject door, pin protector, wear ring, grinding roller, etc.
