94 Inch Quilting Sewing Machine

1. Automated Control and Easy Operation
This multi needle quilting sewing machine equipped with numerical control program and Human-Machine Interface, can work smoothly only after a precise setting of related parameters;
In case of stop of feeding, the industrial sewing machine will stop working automatically;
At the same time, it is also equipped with a front feeding device and rear winding device, both of which are working at he same speed of that of the quilting and sewing operation. That is why this digital control quilting machine boasts of more even and reliable feeding of cloth/fabric and much easier to operate.

2. High Mechanical Property and High Quilting Precision
Of a laconic design of appearance, this industrial quilting machine is not only shapely but also safe and reliable to operate for it is equipped with a complete set of safety protection devices(like the infrared sensors);
The unique shuttle holder could ensure this multi-needle quilter to have high quilting and sewing precision;
The saddle and roller are driven by servo devices from Panasonic. Other electrical components are also provided by well-known suppliers and some parts are manufactured and tested strictly on our own.

Versatile and flexible in making patters, this automatic quilting sewing machine boasts of 360 degrees quilting capacity and can handle over 300 patterns as well as customized patterns made through the programming software(easy pattern drawing system enables you to finish the pattern design in a few minutes.);
The special function of automatic compensation and correction of pattern distortion make it more reliable to use and a guarantee of premium quilting and sewing;
It has adjustable stitch length ranging from 2mm to 6mm.
