2. Two Available Models
The mechanical sewing machine of this series have two types-the double-needle row machine and the triple-row needle machine. The first could make patters 6inch in dimension. And the latter could make 10inch patterns. The maximum diameter of thread is 200D, the minimum is 130D. 16-21needles are applicable to the machines which could work with a speed of 200 -480r/min.

3. Custom Designed Shuttle
The HQ7 shuttle and HQ10 shuttle could be customized depending on customers’ requirements. The latter has a larger bobbin capacity-90m and is mainly used for the production of beddings.

Applications
This industrial quilting machine could make varied patterns(lines and arcs and etc) and is commonly used in the manufacture of beddings, garments, hand bags, insteps, sleeping bags, decoration materials and so on.
