Performance and Features
1. We have SGZ-IR series automatic flood UV coater applicable to the ordinary UV coating or water-based UV coating. It has standard length and two sets of IR drying ovens.

2. The IR hot air drying of our UV coating equipment can enhance the brightness of the paper surface and play a role in waterproof and wear resistance.

3. Our automatic flood UV coater can be also used for the UV primer coating and help to save the expensive UV ink.

4. The water-based UV ink is available for paper products and factories having environmental requirements.

5. Our flood UV coating machine has a range of optional configurations, such as the thin paper stripping mechanism, the automatic shut down device for roll paper, powder removal device and reversible coating device.

6. According to the coating requirement, this automatic flood UV coater has 2000mm or 4000mm lengthened drying tunnel selectable.

7. In addition to this automatic UV coater, our YG series calendering machine can also help to meet your demanding requirement of surface brightness on the paper products.
