1. Subject
This KX thermocouple wire (2×7/0.3mm) comes with stranded wire which is covered by metallic overbraid. The standard tolerances and color code are both designed according to the IEC standard.

Braided fiberglass (400℃)
Nominal insulation thickness: 0.28±0.2mm
Color code:
Positive: green
Negative: white

C. Assembly
The two conductors (positive and negative) of the FG insulated KX thermocouple extension wire are in parallel construction.

D. Overall sheath
Silicone rubber (400℃)
Nominal sheath thickness: 0.25±0.2mm
Color code: green or white trace

E. Metal overbraid
Stainless Steel round wire braided with blue tracer with a minimum coverage of 85%
