This powder coating system is ideal for small batch coating production, which provides long-lasting and durable finishing film for alloy wheels, automotive accessories, etc. It consists of COLO-191S powder coating gun, COLO-S-2315 powder spray booth and COLO-1864 powder curing oven.

Powder Coating Machine COLO-191S Suitable for powder coating any shapes of objects thanks to the powerful technologies. Delivers smooth powder flow that creates uniform coating coverage even on the objects’ surfaces with depressions. Intelligent controller with DVC (digital valve control) technology provides precise and repeatable powder output settings and other parameters, such as voltage, amperage and airflow. 100kv powder spray gun maximizes the electrostatic charging, offering the highest transfer efficiency, and improving powder utilization.
Powder Spray Booth COLO-S-2315 Made of durable powder coated steel, the powder spray booth requires less maintenance and saves operating cost. High performance filter recovery system (combines 4 pcs cartridge filters) achieves efficient use of powder up to 98%. Pulse-jetting filter cleaning system could prevent powder accumulation and extend service life of the filters. Powder Curing Oven COLO-1864 Electric heating provides high-quality and long-lasting powder finish in shorter curing time. Oven wall is 100mm rock wool board with galvanized inner wall and color-steel external skins for high-performance insulation. Circulation fan cycles hot air through the entire chamber, providing consistent and even powder coating finish. Simple-operation PLC controller achieves safe and high-precision heating process.
