Zirconia Alumina Abrasive

The zirconia alumina abrasive is made from allitic material, zirconia material and additives and processed by means of high-temperature smelting in electric arc furnace (above 2250 ℃), special cooling technology and shaping technology.
The synthetic abrasive possesses strong but pliable texture, compact structure and high strength, well suitable for high-performance heavy duty grinding wheel. The grinding wheel made of the zirconia alumina abrasive is excellent in grinding steel component, cast iron component, refractory steel, titanium alloy, nickel alloy, aluminum alloy, tungsten titanium alloy, etc.
