The JYZ series rubber ram extruder is specially designed to produce silica gel conductive tubes and conductive strips. This rubber extruder uses a ram to extrude the rubber, with a heating ring placed in front of the die to conduct vulcanization while extruding. When two of these rubber extruders are used at once, materials can be combined to create a composite double-material tube with both conductive and non-conductive adhesives. In order to ensure consistent quality control, extrusion speed is managed through precise quantifying.
Advantages The speed for extrusion is held constant and the quality is maintained without manual monitoring. This provides a reliable and consistent outcome. The precise rate of extrusion is visible and can be adjusted freely. SpecificationItems | Unit | JYZ80 | JYZ100 |
