Vibrating Feeder(20-180 Ton per hour)
How it works
The CZG vibrating feeder works in this way: the motor drives the V-belt and the V-belt drives the eccentric shaft. Since the eccentric shaft is coupled with the engine block through the bearing seat, the centrifugal force generated by the reciprocating linear vibration will set the materials on continuous forward movement, to achieve the function of the vibrating feeder.

Production capacity: 20-180t / h
Advantages
1. The front support between the hopper and base is structured by high-manganese steel assemblies to be more flexible and durable.
2. All of the bearing seats are fastened with four bolts to strengthen the stability.
3. The speed adjustable motor enables free adjustment of feeding speed.
4. The vibrating feeder has a groove inclination of 12°.
