The PYB cone crusher takes two sealing measures, by dry oil or water, so that dust cannot enter the engine block and lubricating oil is kept clean. This also extends the service life of sliding bearings and thrust ball bearings. The cone crusher features high running reliability.

The moving cone is on continuous rotation. Crushing and discharging go on alternately and continuously along the work surface in high productivity. There is parallel zone set between the moving cone and the fixed cone to ensure uniform size of finished materials.

As the materials are sandwiched between the two cones, under forces of extrusion, bending and shearing, it is easier to get the materials crushed with lower power consumption. The finished materials are in uniform particle sizes, and the wear of the movable cone work surface is also uniform with less loss.

The spring safety system is the overload protection device that allows the possibility for metallic foreign items to go through the cavity without causing damage to the cone crusher. The machine is easy to disassemble, easy for maintenance, greatly reducing the down time.

How it works
The cone crusher works in this way: the motor drives the eccentric sleeve through the horizontal shaft and a pair of bevel gears. The sleeve rotates and the main shaft is forced by this rotation to do the pendulum motion, making the mantle approach and get away from the concave repeatedly, so that the ores are squeezed, bent, and crushed continuously in the cavity.
