Features of Mini CNC Router

1. Base
Cast iron base is precisely machined by top-notch gantry mill and stress relieved by vibration device so that the machine body remains rigid without deformation over its lifetime.

2. DSP Controller
Advanced DSP controller is purchased from Beijing RichAuto S&T Co., Ltd. User-friendly interface is displayed in English. Compact, durable DSP design comes with 128M RAM memory, supporting online file transfer with the aid of USB flash drive. Incorporated with G-code or HPGL programming, the DSP controller is able to perform functions like fast calculation, processing, resuming execution from a breakpoint, and power failure protection function, etc.

3. Motor-Driven Spindle
1500w high-accuracy, water-cooled spindle comes with a collet which is available in a variety of sizes, each size matching a specific router bit or tool bit for cutting different materials. The less powerful spindle is also among the options.

4. Ball Screw Assembly
The ball screw assembly includes a 16mm-diameter threaded rod which delivers a positioning accuracy of±0.01mm. It is used on this mini CNC router’s X, Y, and Z-axis.

5. Ball Nut
Ball nuts are installed onto ball screws, which eliminate backlash and ensure high positional accuracy.

6. Stepper Motor
Industrial-grade stepper motor for this mini CNC router is selected to run problem free with minimal wear. The motor directly connects to the ball screw assembly.

7. Square Linear Guide
Each axis is equipped with either PMI or HIWIN square linear guide rails which are highly rigid, and resistant to vibration and shock.

8. Rotary Table
The table can be rotated to facilitate your various processing and operational requirements

Technical Requirements of Mini CNC Router

Options

1. Water Cooling System
With a water tank and spray nozzle on the spindle motor, this mini CNC router can work with metals and stones, such as copper/brass, aluminum, silver, gold, etc. The cooling system sprays water or other coolants onto the tool and the surface to be machined. A tray with filter is used to collect the cooling liquid and send it back to the pump for the next cooling cycle.

2. Circular Chuck
A chuck is needed when you want to engrave or cut marks on round work-piece. The chuck holds the router bit tightly during machining.
